What ReleaseOS is
ReleaseOS builds complete release packages for independent artists: campaign plans, metadata and rights preparation, cover art, and execution tools, built around the song you upload. You review and approve everything before you use it.
Your account
You need an account to create releases. Keep your sign-in method secure; activity on your account is your responsibility. You must be able to enter a binding agreement to use paid features.
Payments
ReleaseOS is pay per release. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payments are one-time and processed by Stripe on Stripe's secure checkout; we never see or store your card number. Because packages are digital goods delivered immediately, payments are generally not refundable, but if something went wrong with your purchase, contact us and we will make it right.
Your music and your content
Your song stays yours. Everything in your release package, the plans, copy, artwork, and documents, is yours to use commercially with no attribution required. You are responsible for having the rights to the music and materials you upload, and for the accuracy of the ownership information you enter.
What we prepare is not legal advice
Split sheets, registration prep, and other documents are prepared from the information you provide to save you time. They are preparation aids, not legal advice, and we are not a law firm. For binding agreements and disputes, have a qualified professional review your documents.
Acceptable use
Do not upload music or materials you do not have rights to, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it to mislead others. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
No guarantees of outcomes
We build you professional launch materials; we cannot promise streams, playlist placements, or press coverage. Results depend on your music and your execution.
